1. Hot-run rolling production system

Yuansheng Iron company has three hot rolling production lines of 2250mm, 1580mm and MCCR.

2250mm production line introduced German SMSD equipment and Japan TMEIC high precision automation control, December 10,2008, designed annual output of 5.5 million t; 1580mm production line hot test in March 2010, designed annual output of 3.9 million t; MCCR production line introduced Italy DANIELI company equipment and Japan TMEIC company high precision automation control, hot test in April 2019, the designed annual output of 2.1 million t.

The 2250mm and 1580mm production lines adopt more than 20 most advanced technologies, such as heat loading process, large side pressure fixing machine, automatic width, thickness, plate control, rolling and cooling control, online surface detection, steel tissue performance forecast, which has the world first-class level. Main products are: carbon structural steel, high quality carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, boiler and pressure vessel steel, shipbuilding, bridge steel, pipeline steel, automotive steel, container and car steel, IF steel, duplex (DP) and multiphase (MP) and phase change induced plastic steel (TRIP), ultra fine grain high strength steel, high strength steel tensile strength level up to 1200MPa, pipeline steel grade X100. The strip steel thickness is 1.2~25.4 mm, the strip steel width is 700~2130 mm, and the maximum coil weight is 40 t.

MCCR is called multi-mode continuous continuous casting and continuous rolling production line. The production line is 288m, which is shortened by more than 40% compared with the conventional hot rolling production line. It can realize all-headless rolling, semi-headless rolling, single billet rolling and other modes, and has the characteristics of short process, compact layout, more green and environmental protection. MCCR production line is positioned in high quality, high strength and thin specification products. The thinnest thickness specification can reach 0.8mm, the width is 900-1600mm, and the highest strength grade can reach 1500MPa. The product has the characteristics of uniform performance, high size precision, good surface quality and excellent plate shape. The products are widely used in the container industry, weathering steel, home appliances, automotive steel, building structure with thin specification of high strength steel and other fields.

2, in the thick plate production system

The construction of Yuansheng iron thick plate started in 2016 and was put into production in August 2017. It has the first 400mm special thick slab continuous casting machine in China, double frame 4300mm thick plate production line and single frame 3500mm thick plate production line, with an annual output of high quality thick plate 2.4 million t. The products cover 12 series, more than 400 varieties, including shipbuilding and offshore steel, pipeline steel, bridge steel, container plate (alloy container), wind power steel, high construction and Z direction steel, construction machinery steel, wear-resistant steel, storage tank steel, hydropower steel, structural steel, mold steel. The products are widely used in energy, shipbuilding and Marine platform, machinery manufacturing, bridge manufacturing, transportation, power engineering and other industries.

The 3500mm medium plate production line focuses on thin and narrow specifications and few high grade varieties; the 4300mm medium plate production line focuses on wide and thick specifications and high grade varieties. The 3500mm production line has upgraded the heating furnace, rolling mill, water cooling, thermal straightening machine, automatic online flaw detection and other key equipment; the 4300mm production line has added new pre-straightening machine, upgraded DQ + ACC water cooling, new steel plate slow cooling, and built a continuous heat treatment production line. Design specification of steel plate: thickness: 6mm-380mm, width: 1050mm-4000mm, maximum finished single weight 31t.

3. Cold-rolling production system

The company has 2,230 mm, 700 mm 1 two production lines, cold and hot conversion ratio 55%, coating ratio 51%.1700mm and 2230mm have been built and put into operation successively. The main process equipment includes: two pickling-cold rolling combined units (2.22 million t, 1.558 million t), two continuous annealing units (1.08 million t, 807,000 t), four hot dip galvanized units (407,000 t * 200550,000 t and 490,000 t), 30 cover annealing furnaces (600,000 t).

Cold rolling process design adopts the world-class advanced technology, including: Mitsubishi Hitachi; the process equipment of Germany SMS Demag and STEIN; the process equipment of Belgium CMI and DREVER; electrical control of SIEMENS in Germany, narrow lap welding machine of Japan and oil coating equipment of DUMA in Germany. Cold rolled varieties are positioned as high-end plates such as cold rolling, galvanizing and coating that cover the needs of automobile, home appliances, construction, electromechanical and other industries, among which high strength plate, automobile plate and home appliance plate are the landmark products, and the quality level has reached the international advanced level. The product thickness covers 0.25~2.5 mm, and the width is 750~2080 mm.

From 2019 to 2020, the production lines of high strength pickling (1.5 million t), hot base galvanized (500,000 t), 18 roller single rack (280,000 t) and high strength galvanized (360,000 t) will be built successively.

4, tin plating plate production system

The 1420mm cold rolling production unit of Shougang Yuansheng Iron Company is positioned as high-grade food packaging electric tint plate and high-grade home appliance board, including: 1 pickling-mill combined unit (760,000 t), 1 continuous annealing unit (425,500 t), 2 electroplating tin units (225,000 t * 2), 30 cover annealing furnaces (413,000 t).

Cold continuous rolling mill selected Mitsubishi Hitachi five-rack 6-roll UCM mill, The thinnest stable rolling thickness is 0.12mm, To reach the domestic leading level; The double frame secondary cold rolling / leveling equipment, Is the only set of domestic production line to realize the online rolling of secondary cold rolling products, Production efficiency and plate shape control level has reached the domestic leading; The plated plating unit was designed by Simack, For the first comprehensive use of MSA and soluble anode electroplating system, pure induction soft melting system and surface treatment liquid zero emission system and other advanced environmental protection and quality equipment, All the indicators have reached the domestic advanced level.

5, color coating plate production system

The main process equipment of color coating board of Yuansheng Iron Company includes: one push and pull pickling line (770,000 t), two reversible cold rolling units of single frame (650,000 t), one hot-dip galvanizing unit (180,000 t), one hot-dip aluminum zinc unit (370,000 t), and one color coating unit (170,000 t).

The process design adopts the world advanced technology, including: pickling unit adopts process equipment of Austria ANDRITZ; single rack unit adopts process equipment of Mitsubishi Hitachi and Danieli of Italy; process equipment of hot dip galvanized and Belgium CMI; process and main equipment of color coating unit are designed and provided by FATA.

Mainly to provide customers with compressors represented by the pickling board, electrical appliances, photovoltaic industry, light steel villa and other aluminized zinc products, high-end building board, special weather resistant building board, home appliance board and special surface effect board and other varieties, multi-color, multi-series of igh-quality color coating products. The product thickness covers 0.19~6.0 mm and the width is 600~1550 mm.
